Choosing the specification
Consider how colours meet at doors and adjoining rooms, how the finish responds to daylight and where a more cleanable surface is needed. Sample boards are useful when several materials are being considered together.
Define the work in your quotation
The quotation should identify the surfaces, preparation, products, access and exclusions. Share photographs and the property address so that we can discuss the condition and arrange the next step.
