Preparation before the finish

Identify customer routes, stock, equipment and areas that must remain accessible. Discuss protection, deliveries and the order of work before agreeing a programme. Out-of-hours arrangements need confirmation for the particular project.

Choosing the specification

Specify finishes for the substrate and expected use, with product information available for review. Shopfront work may involve landlord or council requirements. Branding, signage and other trades should be separated from the painting scope.

Define the work in your quotation

The quotation should identify the surfaces, preparation, products, access and exclusions. Share photographs and the property address so that we can discuss the condition and arrange the next step.
