Spray painting requires the most extensive preparation of any painting method — every surface that is not being painted must be meticulously masked and protected. We use professional-grade masking films, tapes, and extraction equipment to contain overspray and protect your property completely. Our HVLP spray guns are calibrated for each specific paint product, adjusting pressure, nozzle size, and flow rate to achieve the optimal atomisation pattern. We apply a specialist adhesion primer coat first, allow full drying, then lightly sand before applying multiple thin finish coats — typically three to four — building up to a flawless surface without runs, sags, or orange peel texture. For kitchen cabinets, doors are removed, labelled, and sprayed in a controlled environment (either on-site in a temporary spray booth or at our workshop) to achieve the smoothest possible result.
