For woodwork, we use high-quality synthetic brushes that lay off Farrow & Ball's oil-based and water-based woodwork finishes beautifully. Each finish type demands a specific approach: Estate Emulsion requires two full coats applied evenly without overworking; Modern Emulsion benefits from three thinner coats for optimal washability; Dead Flat needs careful, even application to avoid sheen variation. We maintain consistent ambient temperature and ventilation during application, as Farrow & Ball finishes are sensitive to drying conditions.
